The Bat2000M-S15 4-axis delta robot delivers high-speed, high-payload performance for demanding pick & place applications. It supports mainstream industrial control systems. The open programming interface enables intuitive operation and seamless integration with Modbus RTU/TCP, Socket, EtherCAT and other common protocols, adapting to flexible automation layouts. With IP54 protection, EMC shielding, and a rugged 220 kg structure, it ensures stable operation in harsh industrial environments.

(1) RobotPhoenix Bat 2000M-S15 is a 4-axis ultra-large working range delta parallel robot with a working diameter of 2000mm and a rated payload of 15kg. It adopts an enhanced rigid mechanical frame and reinforced transmission components, achieving a maximum linear speed of 9m/s and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm. The complete machine is IP54 dustproof and splash-proof, equipped with EMC anti-interference shielding, real-time operation monitoring and emergency stop interlock safety functions. It can operate stably for long cycles in industrial environments ranging from 0℃ to 45℃, meeting high-load continuous handling requirements for large-size workpieces. (2) This robot adopts 380V three-phase power supply and suspended top-mounted structure to save ground layout space of production lines. It is equipped with rich expandable digital I/O ports and dual encoder input channels, supporting Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP and Socket multi-protocol communication. The control system features high openness, compatible with mainstream visual positioning systems, conveyor tracking modules and various electric/pneumatic grippers, which can be seamlessly integrated into packaging, sorting and palletizing production lines without complicated customized transformation. (3) With mature mass production and MTBF of 20,000 hours, the Bat2000M-S15 targets medium-heavy handling scenarios with large coverage demands. It is widely applied in food, daily chemical, logistics and pharmaceutical industries for carton sorting, finished case packing and medium-weight palletizing. Compared with small and medium-size delta robots, it covers a wider operating area, reduces the number of single-line robots required, improves overall line efficiency and cuts comprehensive equipment investment and labor costs.
