HITBOT EFG-80-200 | Eletric gripper
The Hitbot Z-EFG-80-200 is a 2-finger parallel electric gripper designed for industrial applications that require high gripping force, excellent stability and precise motion control. Its robust structure enables reliable handling in continuous automated processes.
The gripper features a 80 mm adjustable total stroke, adjustable gripping force from 60 to 400 N and a recommended payload capacity of up to 2 kg. Its mechanical system with screw drive, synchronous belt and linear guide provides stable motion and long operational lifespan.
With ±0.02 mm repeatability and a minimum stroke time of only 0.8 s, the Z-EFG-80-200 delivers excellent performance in pick-and-place, machine tending, industrial assembly, metallic component handling and machine loading applications.
The model includes an integrated controller, Modbus RTU (RS-485) and digital I/O communication, as well as intelligent features such as mechanical self-locking, preventing part drops even during power loss. Its compact design allows easy integration with industrial robots, cobots and automated cells.
